Phone your administration contact
on the same day as the Online Protection submission, this is
imperative or the case will be authorised at the new premium
rate, and advise the Service Consultant that:
the case has been sent via Online Protection quoting solis
and/or Online Protection reference number (preferably solis)
the date needs changing to bring in line with the quote date
quoting original premium and quote date.
