Redemption award tickets are allowed for either one-way or return journeys on
confirmed basis only throughout the year.

Only point to point return redemption allowed. Board point and embarkation point must be the same city.

No waitlist is allowed for a redemption award ticket. |

|
| 4 |
Redemption upgrade is not allowed. |

Infant and unaccompanied minor award redemptions are not allowed.

Children from 2-12 years of age will be charged as adult miles and must be
booked in the same PNR as the accompanying adult.

Flight rewards are subject to seat capacity control which may limit the number of
seats available for an award redemption travel.

Miles can be redeemed on all flights which are both marketed and operated by Etihad Airways on Coral Economy Class, Pearl Business Class and Diamond First Class.

| 9 |
Interline tickets are not applicable. It will not be possible to combine Etihad Airways and
Malaysia Airlines ticket (or any such combination) in a single award ticket.

A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required to book an Award redemption
ticket.

Redemption award tickets on Etihad Airways are valid for a maximum period of
six months from date of departure booked.
|

| 12 |
Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket
issuance.

| 13 |
Redemption award tickets are non-endorsable, not transferable and non-refundable.
|
|
|
| 14 |
Date changes are allowed with USD20 reissuance fee within ticket validity and
subject to seat availability.

|
|
| 15 |
Name change is not allowed.
|
|
|
| 16 |
Ticketing time limit as set by system upon confirmation of redemption seat
booking.
|

|
| 17 |
All bookings are subject to Etihad Airways General Conditions of Carriage.
