• 10 to 299 lives;
• single employer group;
• active employee coverage up to $250,000, with no class exceeding 2½ times the next lower class, if coverage by class;
• retiree coverage up to $5,000.

 

This coverage will match your customer’s current level of benefits and will beat the costs. There is no underwriting involved. Just obtain your customer’s current booklet, a recent bill, and a copy of the customer’s renewal letter. If applying within 60 days of the policy anniversary date, the reduction will be on renewal rates. The Life/AD&D insurance products offered by AmeriHealth Casualty are underwritten by Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company. Long-term disability and voluntary products are also available.
