AmeriHealth is proud to sponsor the March of Dimes and Special Olympics
On Sunday, April 26, 2009, AmeriHealth will sponsor two events to raise money for good causes.
The March of Dimes - March for Babies
Did you know that one out of every eight babies in the United States is born prematurely?*
With that fact in mind, AmeriHealth is proud to sponsor the 2009 March for Babies. The event will be held at Campbell’s Field in Camden. The five-mile walk will raise money to fund research and support programs in the community to help mothers have healthy, full-term pregnancies.

The Special Olympics – Lincoln Tunnel Challenge
AmeriHealth is proud to present the 23rd annual Lincoln Tunnel Challenge.
The 5K USATF-certified course begins in the New Jersey Transit bus parking lot adjacent to the south tunnel, goes through the tunnel, and circles back to the staging area, giving participants the rare opportunity of racing underwater.
All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics New Jersey. Special Olympics New Jersey serves more than 17,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
