Reminder: New $7/50% pharmacy benefit now available for HMO plans
HMO options are available for our new small-group $7/50% Rx benefit.
The benefit design provides members with access to lower-cost generic drugs subject to a $7 copay for a 30-day supply. Access is also available to formulary and
non-formulary drugs subject to 50% coinsurance. This 50% coinsurance is capped at $125 per prescription fill.

AmeriHealth Casualty: FMLA administration program
Federal regulations under The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) contain the employer’s responsibilities and procedures with respect to the handling of specific leave situations. An employer is required to provide written notification of an employee’s rights and obligations in connection with the FMLA, as well as provide the appropriate medical certification form.
