New options available for large groups (51+)

Building on the success our July 2007 small-group (2-50) offerings, we are now extending similar options for your large-group (51+) customers, effective October 1, 2007.

Changes to the Formulary and Safe Prescribing Procedures

We would like to inform you of some changes will take place October 1 to our pharmacy benefits.

These changes include:

additions of generic drugs to the formulary
additions and deletions of brand drugs to or from the formulary
additions to our list of drugs that require the doctor to obtain prior authorization

Enrollment Simplified for HMO and POS Members

ID CARD We are pleased to let you know that the enrollment process of HMO and POS members is about to get easier.

We are introducing a new procedure of special importance for new members who have not yet selected a primary care physician (PCP), or provided an invalid PCP number at the time of enrollment.

New Agent of Record Letter Template Posted on ROAM

In an effort to improve our level of service, we have updated the Agent of Record Letter Template to include language confirming the authority of the person signing. It is our hope that this change will help us better serve you. Please use this template in place of the existing one moving forward.
