The broker bonus program consists of a one-time payout of $120 and applies to Individual Keystone Health Plan East HMO contracts with effective dates of August 1, 2007, through October 15, 2007. All contracts must remain on the books for 60 days. The primary broker will retain $20 of the bonus, and pass $100 to the producing broker.
