SEH Retention Customer Service Initiative
Starting this month, AmeriHealth New Jersey SEH Account Executives will be contacting some of our groups as part of a new initiative to improve the customer experience.
Our sales team will be working with groups in reviewing and strategizing their benefit designs and needs as they receive their renewals. This new program is being piloted with larger SEH groups and will extend to all SEH groups in the coming months. The initiative is designed to reinforce our efforts to make AmeriHealth the carrier of choice.
Our representatives will be assisting each of these groups with implementing changes to their plan and also with referring them to you, their valued broker. We will also make every effort to inform group accounts of new AmeriHealth New Jersey initiatives, policies, AmeriHealth ExpressSM, and the benefits of participating in our award-winning AmeriHealth Healthy LifestylesSM programs.
