Renewal Policy updates
In an effort to improve the level of service customers receive and to make your job easier, we would like to clarify some of our day-to-day policies regarding renewals.
POLICY CLARIFICATIONS:
- All plan changes must be received 5 days prior to renewal date. Groups are sent renewal notices 60 days prior to the renewal date. They then have 45 days to make a decision.
- Retroactive terminations of groups and/or members are not allowed.
- Retroactive new case enrollments are not allowed.
