An enhanced and more versatile amerihealthexpress.com is coming. The redesigned website will provide customers with streamlined navigation and new features that will simplify their human resources tasks. In addition to performing enrollment and billing transactions, amerihealthexpress.com will include a Human Resource Information System component with a full suite of reports.
New features
- Top navigation tabs will make it easier to work in the site.
- Improved ID card functionality will allow users to print temporary ID cards for employees.
- New Message Center will provide customers with notices and alerts.
- Resource Center will house instructional videos for enrollment transactions, group administrator guides, help documents, and many quick reference tools.
Updated eEnrollment and new HR toolbox features
- Employee self-service will allow employees to change their demographic information and enroll in initial benefits upon employment, all of which require HR review and approval.
- An online open enrollment tool will allow users to select benefits options once a year.
- Paperless office will eliminate the hassle of paperwork with easy online capture of W-4, direct deposit, and military and emergency contact information.
- Employee Communicator will let users post messages for their employees to read when they use the amerihealthexpress.com member portal.
Customization
- Configure your customer’s specific enrollment rules: coverage eligibility, waiting periods, open enrollment periods, and more.
- Stay organized by grouping your customer’s membership by specific categories such as salary vs. hourly, union vs. nonunion, or office locations.
